This is Brighton

Often we are so consumed by the pace of life that we stop noticing the beautiful things around us: nature, architecture, people, landmarks, all of which comprise the fabric of a place. After a while is easy to ignore, or more tune out of our surroundings, so I thought it would be fun to view my hometown Brighton with fresh, tourist eyes.. Here are some pictures from around Brighton town, reminding me just why I love this city!

Lindfield Village Fete Scandal!

Image

My wonderful Aunt  crafted these beautiful cupcakes to enter into the Lindfield Fete’s cupcake contest. A disappointed Kath was a runner up to a 6 year old’s efforts. But I thought i’d give her the recognition of how marvellous they are. If you are interested in these tasty delicacies then get in touch and we might be able to deliver these beaut’s straight to your tea party 🙂

As Marie Antoinette says, “let them eat cake!”
